Man, this winter just hasn't been cooperating with the ESP skating rink. The state Office of General Services says the rink will close at 3 pm Friday because of warm weather and will stay closed through Monday, December 23. At that point, they'll reevaluate and try to open for Tuesday. OGS says it's trying to protect the ice so the rink can be open during the post-Christmas school break.
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
