Stuff to do this weekend

ice skaing rink ESP

It's a good weekend for ice skating, museums and movies.

With the holidays falling mid-week, this is kind of a strange weekend for stuff to do. We've managed to pull together a few things after the jump.

Got something else planned? Drop it in the comments. It's the season for sharing.

And whatever you're up to, have a fantastic weekend.

Ice skating

The ice skating rink on the ESP has a very high fun:cost ratio -- and it's you could take a bunch of out-of-town people to do. It will be open after Christmas 11 am-8 pm (and maybe Christmas Eve until 5 pm) -- if the weather is cooperative (which is hasn't been lately, prompting the closure this past weekend). Skating is free, and rentals are $4 adults / $3 kids / free on Friday.

This Friday: Olympic silver medalist Paul Wylie is scheduled to be there for a skating demonstration and meet and greet at 4 pm.
