1.5 acres? Oh, please, that's no "compound."

And with 500 ft of creek frontage, it must be one skinny lot!

Someone should buy it and make it into a wedding reception venue. The house would be rented out as part of the contract, so the bridal party could stay there too!

Or, just rent it for the week and host your wedding there yourself!
