Tracy Morgan at The Egg 2014

tracy morgan 2013Comedian Tracy Morgan will be back at The Egg June 22 for a stand-up show. Tickets go on sale this Friday (April 4) -- they're $35.50.

Morgan is, of course, famous for his long run on SNL and his role on 30 Rock in which he played comedian and movie star "Tracy Jordan." That role sometimes verged on art imitating life. (See also: Questlove's celebrity stories.) Morgan said as much on Fresh Air in 2009.

Morgan was last in town for a show at The Egg last June. That show sold out (or was very close to a sell out), so if you'd like to go this time around, it's probably a better idea to tickets sooner than later.
