Workforce Team Challenge parking restrictions and road closures 2014

The annual CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge race is this Thursday evening in the downtown Albany/Washington Park area, and there are a bunch of parking restrictions and road closures starting in the afternoon. Details via the Albany Police Department are post jump.
