Today's moment of summer
Sometimes when we look at peony blooms up close, we think they look like they're made of frosting. Or maybe they're an underwater creature. Or maybe we're actually looking at the micrograph of some organism.
Or maybe they're a microscopic underwater creature made of frosting. Delicious.
Whatever the weather was called on Monday, we'd like to know the name so we can order it again.

What a lovely picture! I think May this year has been very lovely. Some rain to help the garden grows and the flower blooms. Cool breeze but warm enough for dinner on a patio with some ice cream. Lovely.

The "summer" title is appropriate with the temperatures the past two days. Is it just me or were there only 2 or 3 "today's moment of spring" posts this season?
