Oh beef on weck. I had a pretty good beef on weck at a little deli in downtown Albany. I think it was on Maiden Lane. Delish.

While the Beef on Weck is a Buffalo staple, the Beef on Wick is very popular in Rochester. The difference? Just the spelling and pronunciation.
