Capacity crowd

The Syracuse University men's basketball team has 24,000 season tickets holders, which is good for the program, but a bit of a problem if something ever happens to the Carrier Dome and games need to be moved someplace else -- because there's not another basketball venue in the state of New York with the capacity to handle a crowd of just the season ticket holders, nevermind everyone else. That Syracuse Post-Standard article considers some of the options, including the TU Center. (It also takes a shot at Albany, but that's OK, we'll give them a pass -- they're probably grumpy that all the snow hasn't melted, yet.) [Post-Standard]
