Zephyr Teachout's running mate for her challenge to Andrew Cuomo for the Democratic nomination for governor is Tim Wu, a Columbia law professor who's famous (so to speak) in part because he coined the term "net neutrality." Over at Vox, there's an interview with Wu in which he talks about his criticism of the Cuomo admin, and some policies he'd like see pursued in New York -- among them: blocking the Time Warner Cable/Comcast merger.
