"She always told me she was going to leave all her money to her cats."
Over at the TU, Paul Grondahl has the backstory -- or, at least, the story that can be pieced together -- about a 91-year-old Albany woman who passed away last year and, to the surprise of many, had an estate worth $6 million. The woman had lived in a two-family house across the street from Albany High School, drove an old car, and didn't flaunt her money. She left most of the estate to local charities. [TU]
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.
