Celebrating seed catalogs

Sometimes during the depths of winter we like to page through the seed catalogs/websites dreaming of what (theoretically) will be growing on the other side of the ice expanse. So this class at HWFC caught our eye: In Celebration of Seed Catalogs on December 15 at 6 pm -- "If you love looking through seed catalogs and planning your garden, but can't tell which seeds or seed companies offer the best value, this class is for you. Farmer Rebekah Rice will lead you through a basic tutorial on deciphering your best choices." It's free, but registration is required.

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
