After reporting last week that the Lionheart Pub in Albany sold for $3.5 million -- a figure that shocked many people -- Mike DeMasi got a look at the books. (This situation reminded us a bit of the news a few years back about Washington Tavern and Ginger Man being for sale -- and the (to us) surprising amount of cash generated by the businesses.)
