Over at the Daily Gazette, Kyle Adams profiles the slowly-fermenting revival of Sharon Springs. The Schoharie County village -- and its spas -- was a tourist draw in the 19th century. In recent years it's on the upswing again thanks to an influx of new residents and business owners (such as the owners of the American Hotel, and the Beekman Boys). And now a South Korean company has plans to restore one of the old baths in a modern luxury spa. [Daily Gazette]
