The annual Saratoga Wine & Food Festival returns to SPAC September 11-13 this year. Among the details for this year's event:

+ The headlining food personalities are Josh Capon of Spike TV's Frankenfood cooking competition show, and cookbook author/dietician Ellie Krieger, who had a show on the Food Network about cooking healthy food.

+ Capon will be hosting the "Fired Up!" event on Friday in which "five of the Capital Region's best chefs" will go up against "five Manhattan grill masters." Krieger will be hosting the festival's grand tasting on Saturday.

+ Chefs Ric Orlando (of New World Bistro Bar) and Zak Pelaccio (of Fish & Game in Hudson) will also be there doing demonstrations as part of the grand tasting.

ADIRONDACK ROAD TOUR & LUNCH
Friday, September 11, 10:30am-3pm - $75
This spirited 1½ hour, professionally-led road rally for auto collectors winds through beautiful Adirondack roads to finish at the historic Lake George Club, where a gourmet lunch includes library-quality wines and imported fine foods.

FIRED UP!
Friday, September 11, 7-10pm - $85
Celebrity Host: Josh Capon
This evening grill-off competition will serve as the kick-off event to the weekend's events at SPAC as top chefs from the Capital Region's finest restaurants compete against New York City grill masters. Enjoy live music, a cold refreshing Stella, cocktails, and incredible gourmet grilling as some of the region's top chefs go head-to-head with their downstate counterparts.

GRAND TASTING & CONCOURS D'ELEGANCE
Saturday, September 12, 12-4pm - General: $75, VIP: $175
Celebrity Host: Ellie Krieger
Culinary Demos by: Ric Orlando & Zak Pelaccio
The centerpiece of the festival, the Grand Tasting takes place under expansive, elegant tents on SPAC's lawn, and features hundreds of fine international wines, delicacies prepared by the region's top chefs, cooking demonstrations, and connoisseur-led wine seminars. A live auction of luxuries provides opportunities to bid on rare wines, exotic travel, original artwork and more.

IN THE GROOVE JAZZ BRUNCH
Sunday, September 13, 11:00am-2:00pm - $75
This sumptuous Sunday Brunch will feature gourmet offerings from six of Mazzone Hospitality's finest restaurants in Saratoga National's idyllic setting. Live jazz, culinary delights, delectable Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Old Fashioneds, and the Best in Show Auto Awards highlight the event.
