Albany History Race

albany history race 2015 logoThe Albany History Race is set for this Saturday in (you guessed it) Albany. Blurbage:

The Albany History Race is an Amazing Race style afternoon scavenger hunt for history experts, novices, and new residents interested in learning about Albany's past. The event will begin in the local history room at the Washington Avenue Branch of Albany Public Library and conclude at McGeary's Pub where participating teams will receive 20% off their food and drink that afternoon, plus additional discounts and prizes for the fastest teams!

The event starts at 1 pm on Saturday, September 26. It's free to participate, but pre-registration is required. All the members of a team must be able to fit in one vehicle.
