Over at NYT there's a look at how some of the orchards in the Capital Region have been trying to attract crowds during the fall -- carnival rids, food trucks, animals. As Susan Goold Miller of Goold Orchards told Jane Gottlieb: "It can feel very far from our roots. But if you want to survive, you have to do this, the rides and the bounce house. For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
