Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney New York's Southern District has taken to Twitter. Bharara, who has made headlines prosecuting powerful legislators like Sheldon Silver and Dean Skelos, and has reportedly been investigating the Buffalo Billion, chose to make his first tweet as Andrew Cuomo was wrapping up his remarks at the Regional Economic Development Council awards.
