Big deal?
Mike DeMasi reports that there's a potential deal in the works for the sale of the Central Warehouse in Albany (it's currently owned by a credit union). Even if the sale goes through, it's no guarantee something would happen -- the huge building has changed hands before without any action. But it points to someone thinking they can pull off the difficult job of redeveloping it. [Biz Review]

Dear Potential New Owners,
Please allow the building be a huge canvas for a local or well-known mural artist while you figure out how to revive it or tear it down. We all know it will be a while until anything happens with it... in the meantime, why can't it be a giant, awesome piece of artwork?
Thanks,
Everyone
