Trees for the forest
Noted: If for some reasons you're in need or want of tree seedlings -- like, maybe you want to start your own Christmas tree farm or something -- the state's Saratoga Tree Nursery is selling a range of native trees and shrubs this spring. (The nursery will also provide free seedlings to schools.) See also: The short backstory on the tree nursery, which is more than a century old. [NYSDEC]
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

The seedlings are great, but don't forget about Albany's tree planting program. Their trees come much more mature (taller), aren't that expensive in comparison and the city will plant them for you.
