A bit farther afield, but interesting because it a peek inside some media machinery: Wegmans was recently ranked #4 of Fortune's "best companies to work for" list, which sounds great -- but Rachel Barnhart provides some illumination of how that list is put together. As she commented: "This list is total garbage." [Fortune] [The Rochesterian]
