Amy Schumer at the TU Center
Comedian Amy Schumer is set for a stand-up show at the TU Center May 5. Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 18 -- they're $39 and up.
Schumer's star has been steadily rising. A few years back her stand-up act was getting a lot of press, then her Comedy Central show got strong reviews. And then last year she starred in the film Trainwreck, which she wrote (and Judd Apatow directed) -- it brought in almost $140 million at the box office.
Her appearances here in Albany have tracked that path: a sold-out show at The Egg in 2013, a show at The Palace in 2014, and now the TU Center.
