Saratoga (Fill in the Blank)
Over at the Times Union, Brian Nearing reports that Saratoga Spring Water is challenging the use of the name "Saratoga" by the Saratoga Juice Bar in downtown Saratoga Springs, claiming trademark infringement. See also: The Beer Belly in Albany being challenged a Beer Belly in LA. [TU x2]

I don't see how using the name Saratoga itself is an infringement.....and juice is not water............the Saratoga part belongs to the public domain.

Or.....Saratoga Casino and Raceway. Saratoga Paint and Sip. Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Saratoga Street. Seriously? That's ridiculous.
