Maybe you've heard about the various investigations into the Cuomo admin's Buffalo Billion initiative and the web of entities connected to it and just kind of thought, "Huh?" Well, over at the Biz Review, Mike DeMasi and the crew are focusing on one-specific piece of the wider picture: the state attorney general's investigation of a dorm project that had been proposed near the SUNY Poly campus in Albany -- and how the request for proposals was set up for it.
