I'm still sad about the killing of Harambe, so I'm going to side with The Shop. Patrons don't hold all the cards. They have to respect the establishment and other patrons. If they can't behave, they should not be surprised to be asked to leave. Sure it would be upsetting to learn you've crossed a line but the sooner you accept it, the sooner you can regroup, learn how to behave and try again.
