Noted: The New York State budget includes $420 million a year for film and TV project tax credits -- the most of any state. Over at the Democrat & Chronicle Joseph Spector has more details, including which shows and films have gotten the credits. The two biggest rebates so far this year? About $20 million each to the CBS shows Blue Bloods and Person of Interest. [Democrat & Chronicle]
