Downtown Troy car share

Capital CarShare, which currently operates cars stationed in Albany, says it's been getting requests to start service in downtown Troy. So it's asking potential members to fill out an online form in order to gauge the market there. (It's also looking for locations that might serve as parking spots for care share vehicles.)
