National award for owners of The Confectionery and Peck's

The owners Peck's Arcade and The Confectionery -- Heather LaVine and Vic Christopher -- have been named to Eater's 2016 "Young Guns" list of restaurant industry people. The award includes a profile of their professional backgrounds and how they started their growing collection of businesses in downtown Troy. (Little Peck's -- the new cafe -- is set to open during the first week of July.)

By the way: LaVine and Christopher will be the featured subjects of the next Startup Grind Albany event July 6.
