Medicine game

UAlbany men's lacrosse coach Scott Marr and former UAlbany player Lyle Thompson (one of the greatest college lacrosse players of all time) are at the Dakota Access Pipeline protest in North Dakota working to organize a medicine game of lacrosse for protesters. Said Marr to the Daily Gazette's Michael Kelly: "Some native tribes lost lacrosse years ago when they started to get pushed to reservations ... so Lyle is trying to bring that game to the forefront to show that's part of their culture."
