Slow moving process

Remember the study looking at the future of I-787 along the Hudson River waterfront? Mike DeMasi did, and over at the Biz Review he checked in the progress of the process, which is now a year behind schedule -- and won't be ready until next summer. One of the reported causes of delay: Figuring out the feasibility and cost of possibly turning the highway into a boulevard has been a complicated process because of the structure's current elevation and its many connections.
