Should be noted, a wheel chair needs 3' to navigate a curb access ramps.
Should be noted the property owners are responsible to clear all curb access ramps in fron of their property.
Shall be noted, this is a pain in the a** for residents and they are fined if not completed within 24 hrs of snow.

Points will be deducted if you use an ATV, small Caterpillar or other device with a plow to push your sidewalk's snow into your neighbor's sidewalk or into the crosswalk. So many deducted points.

I sincerely wish more people were being fined for this, and that the fines could be tripled from what they are now. I don't care how much of a pain it is, Albany's lazy residents need to stop being so lazy and entitled, and do their jobs.
