It's a hoot

This snowy owl, rescued by our environmental conservation officers, has been released back into the wild. The owl was found emaciated with a broken wing in Cattaraugus County on December 20th. The owl was brought to @messinger_woods where it went through intense rehab for the past two months. Great work by all involved! #wildlife #nature #birding #birdsofprey #owls #owl #snowyowl
