But the part we found most interesting was the section about the business philosophy of the owners of the beer's brewery, The Alchemist: "Our goal is not to retire on a mountain of money. Our goal is to create a sustainable example of what a business can be. You can be socially responsible and still make more money than you need." [Longreads]

Promoting an image of a socially conscious business is de rigueur if you want that disposable income of people who buy craft beer.
