This short video piece by Mike Allen with artist Steven Rolf Kroeger about the backstory of the big tulip sculpture in Wallenberg Park in downtown Albany is a good opportunity to remember that time a floating, wooden Dutch windmill replica was set on fire in Washington Park Lake. [Spectrum]
