Bastille at The Palace

the band Bastille 2017

The pop band Bastille is set to play a show at The Palace September 12. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 19 -- they're $29.50 and up.

The English band has that song that's everyone's heard because it's been played everywhere. Well, actually, they probably have a few songs like that.

The opener for the show is Frenship.

Bastille played a show at Upstate Concert Hall in 2014 and it sold out (quickly, if we remember correctly). So if you'd like to catch the Palace show, getting tickets sooner rather than later is probably a good idea.

Alabama Shake
By the way... That Alabama Shakes show at The Palace August 1 is sold out.

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

Imagine if a mixed use development - apartments, townhouses, restaurants, offices, a park - were built on the Rensselaer riverfront, and people on both sides could go to work and go out in either Albany or Renss, just by walking to a gondola station? If people had reason to traverse the Hudson - in both directions - for a reason other than commuting or getting to/from the train station, a gondola could be an awesome (and financially self-sustaining) idea, that also cuts down on the need for parking. ...
