Remember that weird story in which Albany police said they had gotten a report of someone in uniform killing geese at Buckingham Pond? Well, Katie Eastman's turned up what sounds like an explanation: USDA Wildlife Services say they were operating at the pone -- unknown to APD. [@KatieEastman/Spectrum]
