Chelsea Diana checks in with RAD Soap Co., which is significantly expanding its production capacity and planning to open 20 (!) new stores in spots around the country. The company, which started in Cohoes and now has a production facility in Menands, opened its first permanent retail location at Stuyvesant Plaza last fall. [Biz Review]
