Today's moment of winter
We've noticed these little birds hanging out in big bushes on sunny afternoons, feathers puffed, as they warm themselves, ensconced in the protective branches. (Also sometimes it sounds like they're having the most cheerful, chirpy conversations.)
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

There are two bushes on Philip Street, at the entrance to the pocket park. Every morning they are stuffed with these birds, wildly chirping. Beneath the bushes is a ring almost like sawdust. I've wondered if someone is throwing seed down there to feed them, or if they're eating or slowly destroying them.
