Dave Matthews Band returning to SPAC

dave matthews band

The Dave Matthews Band is returning to SPAC July 13 and 14. Tickets go on sale February 2 -- they're $45.50 and up. (There's also a fan club presale.)

DMB took last summer off, so it didn't make its annual migration to Saratoga. The band is set to release a new studio album -- its first since 2012 -- this summer.

These shows have sold out in past years. So if you're interested in going, getting tickets sooner rather than later is a good idea.

The SPAC pop calendar so far...
+ June 15: Kidz Bop (on sale January 19)
+ June 16: Foreigner, with Whitesnake and Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience
+ June 30: Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers
+ July 3: Tedeschi Trucks Band
+ July 22: Charlie Puth, with Hailee Steinfeld

If you want to truly enjoy the music, spring the extra $ for inside seats. You'll be covered if it rains, in the shade if it's too bright, and will be insulated from the chaos of lawn seating during a DMB show.

Say Something!

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

All Over Albany is for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. In other words, it's for you. It's kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who can help you find out what's up. Oh, and our friends call us AOA.
