Not quite a foot

The National Weather Service Albany office has posted a map/list of unofficial snow totals from this week's icy, snowy apocalypse. It looks like the day-ahead forecast ranges were just about on the mark, maybe a little short. The heaviest snow -- as much as 30 inches -- hit to west over the border in Massachusetts. [NWS]
