Maybe you remember there was a plan for the old DeJohn's/Legends spaces on Lark Street -- they were held up as an example during the Rezone Albany process of how straightening out the zoning would open the way for new development. Well, Mike DeMasi has an update -- the new owner is no longer planning to open restaurants of his own, but rather if hoping to find commercial tenants. [Biz Review]

If I read that right, he wants $3,500 per month for DeJohns or $5,000 per month for Legends despite needing $500k in renovations.
