I like the gondola idea. I wish Luke had presented a little more depth on the concept than the passive aggressive quotation marks. Let's see whats in the ridership analysis.

Keep moving forward with this!
Currently the Amtrak train station is so cut off from Albany by the river. This would not only make tons of sense allowing for MUCH quicker transport to and from the train station, but its cost would be relatively low, and it would really be an iconic attraction for the area!
