More profitable than milk

S&S Farm Brewery in Nassau gets a mention in this New York Times feature about (former) dairy farms finding new life as sites for breweries. Barns have a plenty of space, some of the equipment can be reused, and people are willing to pay a heck of a lot more for a pint of beer than a pint of milk. [NYT] (Thanks, Jess!)
