The city of Troy is selling 99 foreclosed properties, so Luke Stoddard Nathan mapped them, pedaled past them, and highlighted a handful that look intriguing. Favor comment: "Set far back from the road, obscured by trees, ringed with trash, and missing its front porch, this large, old waterfront home seems the most likely on the list to be haunted."
