Foreclosures and flippers
Mike DeMasi notes there's been an upswing in bidders lately for foreclosed homes in the Capital Region, with people eyeing the properties as flips. As a local attorney tells him: "It's amazing how many people come to a foreclosure sale expecting to easily make the repairs and flip it because they watch HGTV." [Biz Review]

Thank God they don't have shows called, "Flash and Cash Home Wiring" or "Three Hour Roofing Challenge."
