Today's moment of autumn
There's a big field at the corner of Route 85 an Route 85A in New Scotland where the corn from this season is still standing. And as we drove by this week, there was something beautiful about the way the stalks were drying out and changing color -- almost an iridescence in the light greens and yellows.
