"I've always wanted to be able to animate"
You might remember last month we shared a few beautiful animated shorts set in Albany that were created by local artist/animator Jordan McClendon.
And check it out: He and his work are being featured on the upcoming episode of WMHT's AHA! A House for Arts. The clip is embedded above. It includes McClendon talking about his career and some behind-the-scenes looks at how he creates the animations.

It's great to hear the artist's perspective and to see the work that went into making this animation. I remember watching this initially and being blown away. How lovely it is to see illustrative depictions of Albany, particularly in the digital realm. Incredible artistry for what can be a busy but beautiful commuter corridor on Madison Ave. by the State Museum.
