"I prize my privilege most because it is a privilege shared by all my sisters in this state."

Elections history fact of the day: The first women to legally* cast votes in New York State did so on January 5, 1918 in the town of Lisle, in Broome County (near Binghamton). And very first woman to do so was Florence B. Chauncey. She and many other women in the town temperance movement supporters, and voted against allowing alcohol in the town. (* Susan B. Anthony was found to have voted illegally in 1872 -- she was tried in Albany, and delivered a searing speech when she was found guilty.)

Very nice redesigns. I hope that area becomes more of a neighborhood rather than what it currently is - still an expressway that happens to have hotels and apartments along it. I'd love to see wide sidewalks and protected bike lanes from Crossgates all the way to Manning.
