Justin saw these notes posted on a bus stop on New Scotland Ave near Albany Med today and shared them on Twitter (and with us):

It's OK to not be OK as long you are not giving up.

If you are struggling, pause, breath, and carry on. This not where your story ends.

As he added: "It's positive gestures like this that we should all try and do more often. Thank you whoever did this."
