Stuff to do this weekend

Not that you'd want to leave your house this weekend, but just in case, here are a few options that might interest you.

The Albany All Stars roller derby league has their first bout on Saturday night at The Washington Avenue Armory. Doors open at 6PM and the bout begins at 7PM.

The flower show isn't the only exhibit at the New York State Museum this weekend. While you're at New York in Bloom, check out the "Look- Alikes" exhibit. It's hard to describe, but it's worth seeing. Just Look VERY closely.

Sunday is Oscar night, and the best seat is probably right there on your couch. But if you want to get dressed up in red carpet style, the Saratoga Film Forum gives you an opportunity with its Oscar Night celebration.

Of course between the weather and the fact that your favorite shows should be back soon, your best bet might be sitting on the couch and cleaning out your DVR. Who could blame you.
