Return of the roller derby

rollery derby practiceIf you want to catch The Albany All Stars Roller Derby at the Washington Avenue Armory this Saturday you might want to get tickets now. The last bout, back in February, sold out and ticket lines wrapped around the side of the building. This week's bout pits Albany's Empire Skate Troopers against Westchester County's Suburbia Roller Derby with a performance by The Erotics. Tickets are only 12 dollars and kids under 12 are free.

Oh, and be a buddy, bring a New York State Legislator.
